So I bought some shock absorbers from AutoZone here in Alma so they had to order them and so they said hey your shocks are in and OK I’ll be in. I come in. They only have one of the shocks they didn’t order the second one when I paid for two and then I had to wait till next week For them to come in on top of already waiting to get them in.

Sign says battery charging, should have an asterisk added to its sign saying in fine print that you must remove the battery yourself before said service can be done. Instead of wasting peoples gas and time driving here only to be turned around. Or have the tools needed for said customers to do it on location.

This Auto Zone saved us today. Our boat trailer bearing busted in the middle of the night. We live 3 hours away. They took the time to help us get the parts we needed to get on our way. I can't thank them enough. The Manager that worked this early afternoon was wonderful and so helpful. We were exhausted and I didn't get her name but she had short hair, beautiful red nails and red lipstick. Highly recommend.

I have previously made a review on this, but I have more information now so they called me and said that my other shock was in so I come in to pick it up and the shock was missing the hardware for the installation and so they told me oh we can order it again and get you the parts but then I’d have to wait even longer so I just got a refund which that was a hassle and the boxes that they came in were already pre-opened and the boxes were taped up

Great place to drop off used oil. I had 5 gallons of oil to recycle, the young man emptied my bucket and cleaned out the sludge that was in the bottom. Not sure if they have a limit to the amount they take, but it was an easy and helpful process.
