When I called very nice person answered the phone. His name was Bill when I got there. They were all nice. I would recommend this place. Very clean. I give this place for 10 and they were quick soon as I got there. They brought my car in and it seemed like they were done that quick. I got tires and a sensor put on one of my tires because it wasn’t working reasonable prices

I am blown away! I’ve heard nothing but great things about this company, And everything I have heard istrue. My experience today was beyond phenomenal. Bill was so helpful on the phone. Tim and Jason were so kind, very fun to work with, and provided me excellent service!!!! You would be insane to go anywhere else.They will have my loyalty for decades to come

I had to work the next day and ran into an issue with my car. One of the brakes became stuck. I brought it in and they quickly diagnosed the problem based on my description. They assured me it would be ready the following day and it was actually completed well before my shift. The service was efficient, reliable, and exceeded my expectations. If you need a quick and dependable repair, then this is definitely the right place to go.

I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience of getting new tires through Alma Tire! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and eager to help! The quotes I received were reasonable. My appointment was easy to set up and was completed in the stated amount of time. I highly recommend them!

Its not often you find a business that actually delivers on customer service. Today my wife and I were on a weekend getaway to Sault Ste Marie on way my truck tire began to loose air I pulled hoping to get it repaired and back on road we had an afternoon fishing charter .These guys jumped right on it they patched the tire and checked all 4 tires for correct air #s.Had us back on the road in under 30 minutes!When I asked how much Josh the tire tech said "no charge glad to help you".WOW is all I could say most places would see an opportunity to gouge a unsuspecting pass thru customer, not these guys! If I lived within 30 miles of them they would get all my business! They actually do what thier sign in office says regarding customer service. Thanks again Josh!
