I have always had great service from here, they are always pleasant and friendly when I'm waiting for my truck. Scheduling has always been a very easy process and can be done online or over the phone.
David, DJ, and Kurt do a great job at the service desk. They were thorough in their explanations and courteous throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Alma Ford!
DJ and his crew are fantastic. Always easy to deal with, always leaving our vehicles clean when done working on them. Highly recommend for all hour automotive service needs
Everyone was super friendly and efficient. They took great care of my vehicle.
The sales team (Mike) is fantastic, he is super helpful and goes out of his way to help. The service department NOT so much. I have been in twice for oil changes and they treat me like I'm a bother to them. I ask questions and I get I don't know.... call Ford. If it wasn't for the sales team they would only get a one star.
