I am very impressed with professionalism and hospitality of the staff and work they did with my car. They told me it’ll take a week and a half I expected longer due to unforeseen issues but that never happened I got it back exactly what they estimated it’ll take. This was my first time taking in my car to them. I will definitely be taking it back to them in the future.

Andover Auto Body has earned my business! We have been fortunate over the years to have needed the services of a body shop only a handful of times. Absolutely impeccable service! I have trusted Jeff and his amazing team to fix my brand new Tesla multiple times! (I have had bad luck with my car). Took my car to Andover auto body after hitting a coyote. They handled getting my car towed there, communicated with my insurance company so I didn’t have to; and they also had great communication with me to keep me updated on my cars progress. Fast turn around on my car and got my car back basically detailed. The owner is also very personable and cares that his customers are taken care of. The communication and work is Top tier. Won’t take my car anywhere else now. Highly recommend for body and mechanical repairs!
