Rarely do you find a place that really does their best to take care of you. The team at Kellogg RV went out of their way to get my coach up and going again. They are extremely busy and I hated to feel like I was wasting their time every time I would call but they never made me feel that way. Because of their help we made our trip and didn't miss the boat. Thanks guys.

I recently listed my Class A motorhome for sale on line. We had a couple come look at it and give us a down payment to hold it for three days. That very day as I was putting the Coach inside my garage for storage I had an accident and did some major damage. Crisis time. The purchasing couple needed to drive it to Florida in less than two months. Wow.... I called and spoke to JB and Clayton at Kellogg RV. I explained the situation. They sprung into action, searched and found a used endcap in a salvage located in Kentucky. They expedited the shipment and got the end cap here. Next they rearranged their schedules to accommodate my repair in order to allow me to have it repaired and ready to sell to the couple in time for their trip to Florida. This is our wonderful Motorhome before!! Then Kellogg RV replaced the Roof Coating and Deck...took everything off ACs etc. And then we go to use it...the next series of pics is the interior because of their workmanship! The first set are Before the second set are Afters. BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE. THE CEILING AND DECK HAD BEEN REPLACED, DEFECTIVE leaks and holds water.

We had one of our jacks on our RV leaking oil. We went to Kellogg RV for service. The owner researched for hours to find a replacement but wasn’t able to do so by closing time. He had one of his mechanic to stop the leak on the bad one and didn’t charge us anything. He stated he would continue to look for a Jack. He found one and had it shipped to his shop from CA. The next day it arrived before stated time. After we arrived his mechanic started working on it and had us back on the road about 1 hour and 10 min. We received excellent service. Everyone was so friendly. I observed the owner talking to people on the phone. He was so patient, helpful and so kind. Would highly recommend this business. Praying God’s blessing upon this business.
