Was in the store at 830am and was never offered help or anything. As I wandered through the store looking for my items the 2 females behind the counter were very loudly complaining about the co workers and how the numbers have gone from 66% to 13%. I then took my items to the front and they just stared at me like I was an alien. I had to verbally ask if they could ring me out. They then went outside to smoke. This store used to be my go to, but now it is like pulling teeth to try and buy something.

The whole team went over and above to find me wipers for my SUV. Book didn't show any that would work so Jennifer drew on her experience and found a pair that would fit my vehicle. Half the team was out making sure they fit. Sorry to be such a PITA on Jennifer's last day before Eldo. Best wishes up there. Thanks again. And keep track of your phone young lady. 😃

I’m so grateful for the above and beyond service I received today from Jennifer, the store manager. I purchased a rear windshield wiper and went out and struggled for about 10 minutes trying to figure out the instructions and what parts went where. Finally, I went back in and Jennifer immediately came with me (without my asking) to put the wiper on for me. She saved me so much time and saw a need and met the need. I appreciate it so much. Cheers to Jennifer for being an amazing store manager and all around great person!

I need some CCV rubber fittings that are not available. The manager that helped me took me to the back and helped me find a universal hose that I could cut 2 90's out of. Worked perfectly! Great customer service and thinking outside the box.

Hayley and all the crew over in Andover saved the day for us. They did not have the belt we needed in store. Told us wich store had it. Upon arrival got told by rude cashier they didn't even sell it. I called Hayley over in Andover and she personally called the hub store had the part pulled and waiting on counter for us. Even called me back to tell me it was ready to be picked up. Way to go team over in Andover! Excellent customer service! Thanks Again
