How to really good experience going in I was looking for some lightbulbs for a Kia and Braeden was really awesome. He helped me out. He also offered to install them for me, which was amazing because I just got this car never under a car before and he was just a really helpful salesman. He deserves a raise.

They Got me the right parts very knowledgeable. Good service.

I just received the best customer service today at this store. Carter promptly greeted me as I entered the store and was extremely helped. He took the time to find the correct bulb that I needed for my rear tail-light/turn signal. It took two attempts but he made sure it was working properly before putting everything back in place. He then found the correct windshield wiper blades that I needed and promptly installed those for me. He was friendly during the entire process. I hope O'Reilly's realize was a star employee they have!!

I received the best service I've ever been given at any O'Reilly's I've ever been to my whole life at this location. A guy named Levi helped me and ended up leading me into solving my mechanical issue and saved me alot of money! Knew his stuff and was able to navigate our conversation and really made me wish I'd had started there! Sure would have avoided the run around I got at the shop and other parts store I had been to and money spent on stuff that didn't fix the problem! Thanks guys and I hope I got his name rite cause he deserves to be known for being so good helping folks!

I forgot to get his name, but the associate that helped me April 18, 2024 was so kind and fixed my mistake without making me feel embarrassed. As a woman I'm used to being talked down to when I get help with my vehicle. But I am always treated with respect when I shop here. He exchanged my purchase fast and even installed the ball hitch for me, while he had me wait inside out of the cold. I am always happy with the service I receive at O'Reilly's.
