I took my bus to this place because we were having issues with the door. We left it over the weekend. Unfortunately, since the door had been modified so many times before, they weren't able to fix it. Instead of charging us the labor fee, they waived it and allowed us to leave free of charge. Nowadays, people will charge you for anything they possibly can. I was grateful to see that there are still businesses who use compassion and empathy. I was grateful to know that these people exercise integrity. As the Kansas Small Business Person of the Year Recipient (2023), I will always recommend this place to my peers because they showed me that they are trustworthy.

Needed routine service & tires rotated, plus one additional thing adjusted (headlights). I had recently received a coupon in the mail for the primary care items, but found that Myers Automative policy doesn’t allow for scheduling of routine service. This was frustrating to me, but the wait wasn’t too bad. Thorough job, (including the survey) was priced competitively, but anything else is going to be pricey.

Had a water pump leak that had been repaired by Myer's six months ago. They took it in removed the old pump and installed another new one at no charge. Great folks to work with.

Took care of Fixing and timing my Carbureted 305 SBC engine. Kept me in the loop about findings entailing the repairs ive asked for. Relatively on point and upfront about costs too. Thanks for the Hard work.

I was very impressed by the prompt response, timing, and customer service from Keagen! They were able to fit me in same day for a diagnostic and inspection on my High Country. However, there are two things that I found after receiving the repair quote - 1.) Their prices are 50% higher than the most expensive dealer in the ICT area. Also, this quote didn’t include OEM GM parts - the dealership does and they’re still 50% cheaper. 2.) If I chose to have them complete the work, they wouldn’t apply the $200 already paid for diagnosing off of the bill. I really like the staff, but I would have significant challenges paying 50% more at this establishment than the dealer.
