Oh my goodness!!!! BOB WAS AN ANGEL SENT FROM ABOVE! I have never had such FANTASTIC service! BOB was so patient and kind and explained every step fully. He calmed both my friend and I after we were stranded in the cold. He was so AMAZING during the tow and also out of the kindness of his heart, took us home! I cannot say enough for his STELLAR SERVICE! I NEVER HAVE TO WONDER AGAIN OR STRESS ABOUT WHO TO CALL IN ANY EMERGENCY! There are not enough STARS that I could properly RATE BOB FROM ARMORY SHELL TOWING AND AUTO BODY! THEY SIMPLY ARE SECOND TO NONE!!!!!!!

Towed from 30 miles, Vehicle stayed for two days for parts. Very reasonable costs. Went back for annual maintenance every year. Well below cost that I expect pay. They have always been professional and kind.

I had a terrible experience with Armory Shell. My truck broke down in Virginia at around 4:45PM, and I had the tow truck dispatched around 5. I talked to someone at Armory Shell after they got dispatched, and they said that they weren’t going to pick up the truck until the morning, even though they advertise 24 hour towing services. They also wanted me to leave my truck unlocked with the keys inside all night in a very busy part of Virginia. Overall, they were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I’ll be doing everything in my power to not have to use Armory Shell ever again.

They were busy on Friday working on accident scenes but got us towed first thing Monday morning. Had our van in the shop all day but couldn’t diagnose the problem. They towed us to another garage that has better capability to find our problem. Giving them 4 stars for customer service and effort.

Armory Shell Towing is a great local business and resource. Armory was speedy and prompt and professional in towing my vehicle in the middle of winter 2 years ago. When my equinox engine blew up. I have had oil changes from them fairly priced. My latest experience with Armory I had a leak in my tire. I was continuously filling with air when I called another local business. They told me it was a 2 week wait. I travel a lot with my child and didn't feel great about the wait. When I talked to Joe, he got me in withing 2 hours, and it was fixed within 20 minutes. Armory cares about there customers Safety. Highly recommend.
