I contacted 4 shops after my accident and I chose Auburn Auto Body for my repairs. it was probably one of the best decisions I've ever made! When dealing with the aggravation of an auto accident, it's nice to have someone working for your best interests. Jim and his lovely wife Jane helped me through the process! They dealt with the insurance agency on my behalf, kept me informed of all progress along the way and came in about a week ahead of the scheduled timeline! Jane handled all the paperwork and formalities with the insurance company. When I picked up my 2023 Toyota, it looked (and performed) like a brand new car again! Thanks Jim and Jane! Hope I never have another accident but if I do, I'll be back!

Awesome body shop Jimmy did an unbelievable job. Nice clean office friendly people very professional. I've had body work done at different autobody shops this place is second to none when they say it's going to be done it will be done no stories. He fought the insurance company to get the most amount of money to repair the vehicle properly, this man really knows his business.

Jim and Jayne were extremely helpful and understanding. They went out of their way to to accommodate my needs and situation. I would recommend Auburn Autobody to anyone that needs autobody work done and have it done right the first time.
