I was in town traveling from Buffalo, NY to visit family. When I noticed that I had a flat tire that looked like it could be repaired, I went to the closest location (another chain that I won't name) and they were unable to assist me. I tried the Midas down the street and Cody got me right in, repaired the tire, got it back on the vehicle and back out the door in under 20 minutes at a cost of $35. He was professional and personable and was a Godsend in resolving my issue.

Great experience. All employees that work here at are kind, considerate and honest. They’ll let you know when things need to be done and when things don’t. Couldn’t ask for better from a vehicle repair shop. Highly recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with Midas Auburn, MA (451 Southbridge Street). I left my 2013 Audi S4 with them for more than two weeks for an exhaust issue. All it needed was 2 gaskets replaced. They told me two aftermarket clamps were needed but couldn’t get them, so I bought and brought them in myself. Only one was installed, never got the other one back, yet I was charged for two new clamps on the invoice $339, very expensive claps that I never approved and are not on the car. The original problem was not fixed, despite repeated promises from management. I spoke with the Store Manager (Carlos), Assistant Manager (Cody), and Regional Manager (Edwin). Each made commitments about updates and resolution that were not kept. I was even told I should get a refund, but that it needed a

I had an issue with my axle, and the team at Midas took amazing care of me. Taylor Ritter went above and beyond very knowledgeable, honest, and patient when explaining what needed to be fixed. The repair was done quickly and professionally, and my car drives better than ever. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but Taylor and the Midas crew definitely earned my confidence. Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable, quality service!

I would give zero if possible. They tricked me into thinking they could help me with my car issues and previous history records, went there and paid for the full diagnostic check ($176), after they were done they completely lifted their hands and denied to help me diagnose what had happened to my car previously and if it could’ve been resolved differently. Alls to say they manipulated me into thinking they’ll help me when I went there the first time and ended up taking advantage of me the second time. Tread cautiously.
