Charged my debit card 2 months later for an insurance claim without any permission or notice manager laughed in my face when I told him he made everything i had bounce. They didn't just run the card they ran it until they could get the maximum amount out of my account left me with 28 cents. Mind you they already kept my deposit for not cleaning and 100 for gas I was in an accident in the snow storm and the vehicle was towed to them and the charge me for the days the car was being fixed. It was a hit and run where the other driver at fault fled

Excellent service & I was very happy with the car I used for a month! When there was a sudden issue they had a very quick response and then issue was resolved super quickly! Would definitely rent from them again if needed!

This place is amazing! It was last minute, and had a concert to go to in Manchester NH. We walked in and felt so welcomed by Elizabeth, she was very professional and took very good care of us. She went up and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and needed. We had to purchase their car insurance, and still was satisfied. The car was very clean, and disinfected. I was sad to give it back. The staff and workers there are all respectful, I posted some of our receipt, to show you an Idea of what You could be paying, for a rental, and great service. If you want a good reliable vehicle, from some great people who you can count on and trust, for a reasonable price, look no further, this is the place to go! I have rented from Carretela three times in a row now and every time their services have been great. The ladies at the front desk are always polite and respectful and help you with everything you need and their cars are always clean and in good condition. Their prices are also very good and would highly recommend anyone to rent from them.
