From start to finish, my car buying process was excellent. Most of us dread going to a dealership due to “sales people”. That wasn’t my experience at Hyundai of Auburn. Nick was professional, knowledgeable and very easy going. I felt no pressure at all with my purchase. Dealerships aren’t like they used to be years ago, at least this one was different. Nick gave us a smooth, stress-free experience Nick was incredibly patient, kind, and never once made us feel pressured. Coming from years of owning Honda and Toyota vehicles, we were admittedly hesitant about switching brands — but the Tucson Hybrid checked every box and then some. Nick took the time to answer all our questions, gave us space to think, and made the whole process refreshingly simple. We’re so glad we took the leap, and even more grateful for how Nick guided us through it.

The mechanics are excellent. I bought my 2022 Hyundai Kona off their lot in May. No idea how but the transmission gave out. They were able to fix it under the bumper to bumper warranty in less than a week. I am very grateful for their help. Without the warranty, I would’ve been without a car. The mechanics also fixed my back left tire because it had a nail in it. I hope this car lasts a while because it only has 38,000 miles on it.

I've been coming here as has my family for close to 20 years, and they never disappoint. Always good, honest service, and they always go that extra mile to make sure you're taken care of. I worked with Phuoc, and he was honest and didn't try to twist my arm into getting something that wasn't needed. He went over exactly what my concerns were, and kept me informed throughout. I hadn't planned on having the car remain there overnight as I had appointments and obligations to make, but not only did they finish the work with plenty of time to spare, they also sent a valet as I had no way to getting back there to get the car when it was done. I can't imagine going anywhere else, as I've never had this experience anywhere else.

Regular Maintenance was complementary and part of the deal when I purchased my Tucson. I made the appointment. I showed up on time. I was greeted promptly and courteously. All work was done quickly while I waited. Very friendly.Very professional. Absolutely no issues. They way it should be.
