M&T AutoBody & Repair

We had an issue with our car on the highway and these guys helped us out despite their busy schedule. I don't recommend doing what we did out of the blue, but these guys are great mechanics.

I had a couple of minor repairs that I wanted to take care of but didn't know of a reputable company to do them. I'm a relationship person and generally ask people who l know and trust for reccomendations. So, l have a service station that handles inspections for my vehicles from time whom l asked if he knew of a body shop that he could recommend. He referred me to M&T AutoBody. I had heard of M&T through his father with whom his son bares his name. I drove in and asked the person l saw, is Mike in? He said that's me. I called his father prior to visiting his shop to verify his location address. When l arrived, his father had informed him that l was coming and he greeted me with a customer service smile. To give them 5 stars max is almost an insult lol. Mike & Will took very good care of me from the moment I called, until the very end. Long story short, there is no mechanic shop that'll truly take care of their customers, especially making them feel like family. I called in on a Friday to ask them if they could fix my 2009 nissan altima brakes, I had all the part necessary (so I thought), and will told me to bring my car in THAT SAME MOMENT to check it out. After everything's been done, will proceeds to tell me that they had to order a part (same day & time) to put in a new caliper and do the whole routine. Took my Tacoma to have the roof refinished, Mike did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. From now on all my auto body needs will go to M&T Auto Body, and I will highly recommend them to whoever asks!!
