I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube in Auburn, MA! From the moment I pulled in, the team was friendly, professional, and efficient. They explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure me into any unnecessary services, and had me back on the road in no time. A special shoutout to Chris, the General Manager, for running such a smooth and customer-focused operation. It’s clear he takes pride in making sure customers are treated with respect and honesty. The staff worked quickly but carefully, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle was well taken care of. If you’re looking for fast, reliable service with a team that truly cares, I highly recommend Jiffy Lube in Auburn! I’ll definitely be back.

Auburn jiffy lube is great! Fast, efficient, and friendly. I have two kids under 5 and my husband works crazy hours, so this is our to go place for oil changes. They always are honest about wait times so that my kids don’t get antsy. I love that we are in and out quickly and without any issues!

This location tried to smash my rims off with a sledgehammer after another Jiffy Lube location did a tire rotation so poorly that the lug nuts could no longer be removed. Two of my rims were damaged in the process and Jiffy Lube has refused to give me any reimbursement for them. This location reimbursed me for the lug nuts at least, but I'm out $150 dollars and now my rims don't match. Jiffy Lube is not the place for anything other than an oil change, and will probably damage your car in the process of trying to do something for you. They probably won't make it right even if they know they made a mistake.

Came in for an oil change and some new windshield wipers. I was 10,000 miles over my sticker (shhhh I’m just a girl) I was greeted by John we both laughed about it and he proceeded to go above and beyond in every way for my service! I had 6,000 questions about random car stuff he answered them all. He also helped me with another tech issue with my car that had nothing to do with what I came in for. John was professional, funny and made something I usually dread doing something enjoyable. I highly recommend going here and I wanted to make sure John gets his flowers.now my car won’t blow up Thanks again!!!!

Have had a couple oil changes done by this jiffy lube. I mark my filters to make sure they put in new ones. The first time they put the old filter back on, and the second time I went they put on a new one but never tightened it so my car leaked out all the oil from the loose filter as I was driving. They almost destroyed my engine cuz of that. Thankfully it was a cold day so it didn’t blow my engine. If it was the summer my engine would have been destroyed. So after paying all that money for my oil change I had to go buy more oil to get my car home and tighten the filter myself. It was so loose I’m shocked it didn’t completely fall off. If you like your car DONT EVER go to this location. They obviously don’t care, they just want to get you in and out and move on to the next. Both times I w
