Badass shop. Wife’s Tahoe decided it was done with its transmission and it started acting up. Had a good conversation with Derrick, and he provided some reasonable options. Opted to try for a full trans service to see if we could squeeze more life out of it, rather than just write it off as unsalvageable. They kept to their timeline, and showed me pics and videos of the fluid and metal inside the pan. It was cooked. I offered to buy a genuine GM transmission, and asked if they would install. Agreed with no hesitations. They allowed the Tahoe to remain on their lot until the transmission arrived. They were busy, and gave me another timeline for the install. (I should add they unloaded the transmission themselves). Shop finished early and even turned off the stupid tire pressure light so the

I don’t know where to begin other than Auto Rehab is fantastic. Derek, Daniel, and Troy are great additions to the community and are EXPERTS in this field. I brought my 2014 Ford fiesta ST in during the fall of 2020 for some welcomed additions to my vehicle, not only did they finish the very lengthy job within 3 days. They communicated every step along the way to make sure I knew what was happening with my vehicle. Several weeks following the work on the car I developed an issue with the fuel evap check valves in the car, they took several hours out the their busy day to diagnose the issue and guide me to the correct resources to fix it. The car community in flagstaff is incredibly grateful for this family, they contribute a great deal to keeping us together and on the road. Thank you D

The owner and his wife (Derek and Sally) are incredible people with hearts that genuinely care and want to help, which is one of the MOST IMPORTANT reasons I'm here. Of course, I bring my own vehicles here, my family brings their vehicles here, it's truly a place to bring your vehicle and have a sense of security knowing you're not going to be taken advantage of due to lack of knowledge. Auto rehab is the only place I trust in flagstaff !!! Derek is the most honest caring and transparent person I know!! They have been the only people who touch my 4Runner !! I’ve been coming here for faithfully for 10yrs !!! I highly recommend them !!
