This is the best place I could’ve taken my vehicle for repairs. Thank you Kaizen Collision team, Flagstaff West location for a job well done! I was in awe when I picked up my truck, it looks better than before. You all did an awesome job! The GM, Greg, went above and beyond and picked up the pieces when my insurance company, Allstate, left me hanging out to dry. So, a special thank you to Greg! I highly recommend their service if you need collision repairs on your vehicle. I’m very happy with the service and outcome I received. Two thumbs up and an 11 out of 10 rating!!

After a trip to a new Coffee House to grab some coffee here in the valley my holiday to do list just got longer. I was now in the need of taking care of a nice gentleman and his wife's truck I bumped into while trying to avoid someone bumping into me in this small parking lot. The nice couple were down from Flagstaff and now their truck needed some repairs. They were very nice and very understanding. When they returned to Flagstaff they took their truck to the Kaizen Collision closest to their home. I took my SUV to Kaizen after a hit and run, both Cecelia and Greg Dougherty handled my vehicle great and were extremely communicative. They never hesitated to answer any questions I had, even though I'm sure I was annoying with how often I would call with questions. They called me multiple times just to offer status updates on my vehicle, especially when a replacement part had an unexpected shipping delay. While this delay was not their fault, they were extremely apologetic and assured me that they would get my vehicle back to me ASAP as I went the cash-pay route and did not opt to get a rental vehicle. Kaizen Auto Body did a great job repairing my Ram 1500. They always kept me informed on the progress and had it done on the date they promised. Staff is awesome! Highly recommended!

Roque and his team am did a great job at fixing my car and practically made it lookin my new again and at a lot cheaper cost than expected. They were communities with the process and helped me understand everything that needed to be fixed. As long as I’m in flagstaff this will be my go to place for any exterior auto care needs!
