I used this company last week when I was needing a last minute tow from Flagstaff to Phoenix - Mike and his team were very professional and quick to help! They were always communicating throughout the process and keeping me updated. Bonus points for towing my Tesla properly and safely to the shop - 10 out of 10 would highly recommend them!!!

Robert was an excellent tow truck driver. He got my car off the icy roads quickly and efficiently, even though he was receiving constant calls from the sheriff’s department that understandably took priority. Despite that, he remained professional, responsive, and made sure my car was taken care of. I really appreciate his help and dedication.

Had a leaf spring break on my travel trailer and these guys saved my weekend!!! The 2 guys i dealt with were outstanding. Very professional and understanding. Their driver jace was a rockstar! Towed my trailer from flagstaff to my house in Phoenix at a reasonable price and were to me and loaded within 2 hrs. I will use them anytime I need a tow up north and will refer every person I know to them. Can't thank them enough!!!!

I called multiple tow companies but I am so glad I decided to go with this service. The driver, Robert, was incredibly kind and helpful in making sure that my car was taken care of and towed to the correct mechanic. He explained how some of the towing worked and answered any questions I had. On top of that, this service arrived exactly on time and made sure I made it to my service appointment on time. They took great care of me and my car. I hope I don’t need a tow in flagstaff again, but if I do, I know I am calling Northern Arizona Towing! :)

My car broke down at an intersection. I called Sage at Northern Arizona Towing and Recovery and she came right over, got me out of the intersection and towed me to their shop where they fixed my vehicle in a prompt manner. As an independent contractor, being without my ride is like being without my paycheck.
