I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and service provided by Kaizer Collision. Mason Siegert, the estimator, was exceptional. He was personable, thorough, and made sure everything was completed to my standards. He also worked within a tight timeline to get my vehicle repaired, which I truly appreciated. I would highly recommend Kaizer Collision to anyone in need of quality repairs and great customer service.

Highly recommend. They worked with progressive to get my car repaired. I didn’t have to do anything other than get it assessed for damage, bring it in for repair, and pay the deductible. They got it done quickly and so easy to work with.

I had damage on my Toyota bumper and trunk lid from being backed into. Kaizen provided me with the best customer service by not only getting the job done faster than I had expected, but since walking into their front doors, to being handed my keys, they were professional, welcoming, and fully accommodating. There were a couple of minor things such as a small part of over sprayed paint inside the bumper crevice, but this is still hardly noticeable. The office staff took a few pictures of my concerns, I was followed up with a call quickly after and reassured that if I was unhappy with any part of the job, I could always bring the car in for it to be reevaluated. Work was done as promised by the insurance company's repair order. The repair was not completed based on the insurance claim, no fault of the repair shop. The timing was a bit longer than expected since the vendor's parts took a while to arrive.

A deer ran into me. Kaizen took the truck and repaired it within a timely manner (earlier than promised). In addition, I received daily updates from the staff.
