R & A Import Auto Parts and Repair

Hands down one of the most honest mechanics I have been to in the last 10-15 years. They were upfront about pricing (very reasonable) and kept me updated throughout the process. Would recommend to anyone looking for an honest, expert group of mechanics to work on their vehicle.

I brought my Lexus here on a Friday for a simple transmission service, when the technician lifted up my SUV he neglected to turn off the air suspension which resulted in the airbags bursting. I immediately noticed this as I took off for a test drive and returned right back to get on the ground and show the owner exactly what was wrong he acknowledged it and said something about lifting and lowering the SUV can cause problems well that's great so let's go ahead and fix this. So I go ahead and buy the parts on my own the exact same parts that come with the vehicle fully expecting this mechanic to repair the suspension that his technician had broken. Nopeee they don't want to touch it even though they broke it claiming they don't install parts that customers bring in which is completely bogus

This place is great! My car was intermittently acting weird, and I had a bunch of warning lights come on then go off. Steve took the time to drive the car with me and kept it until he could duplicate and identify the problem. When it turned out it was under warranty, they delivered my car to the dealer because I was out of town. I'm so impressed and will definitely bring my car back the next time it needs something.

Fantastic Place! Staff was extremely helpful and very honest. I needed a rear main seal replaced on my Toyota Corolla. I had taken to another shop in town and was quoted $4100 for the work, and told them this. They looked at it and quoted me $1800, but said it would likely take 2 weeks to a month to get it in and fixed. It wasn't a major leak so I was in no hurry and said ok. They were able to get me in and fixed within 1 week, and only had to keep the car for 2 days for a major project. The final was $1830, so right where they quoted me. I will absolutely be using them again and can't recommend them highly enough!

R&A is great. Had a diagnostic “emergency” with kids from out of state visiting their big sister. R&A made time to do a quick diagnostic which was great. Have a kid in school here & will definitely be servicing her car with R&A in the future.
