Blew my engine. I asked tow driver to bring to best independent diesel shop. Fry's was the destination. I had a crate engine installed. It took a bit longer than expected but I'm happy with the results. Owner dealt approately with a small issue standing tall on the warentee.

Do not recommend. Was quoted $8,500 plus to fix my exhaust filter and DEF heater. Then i was told “they don't make aftermarket parts for your 2015 f350 anymore, you have to get everything from the dealer. Covid killed all that and thats why it’s so expensive.” Was also told the parts would not be in for over a week. Went to autozone the next day, bought everything i needed to fix it myself for less that $1,000 and less than a days work. If you are an out of towner, do not let them know that.

So happy with the service! The guys took very good care of my car and me. The entire Fry family are the best!

Took my 250 power stroke here. They were very good at communicating and fixed my problem very quickly. Very impressed with this place and will be taking future problems with my vehicles here.

In early August ‘22, I called Fry’s about my 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 w 5.9 Cummins about diagnosing to fix my A/C. Mid-summer in Flagstaff is a busy time for repair shops - nevertheless Fry’s got me in within a week or so, and very considerately coordinated my appointment time with the friend who had put me onto Fry’s; she was also having work done there on her rig. The tech diagnosed the issue within an hour or so after I dropped the truck off; turned out to be the condenser was shot. They had the part in hand within an hour after that, and had me out the door by late afternoon. Same day in and out in my book is a great day at the repair shop.
