AutoZone Auto Parts

This AutoZone location may be smaller than some others, but it has one of the most knowledgeable parts guys in the area. I believe his name is Shawn, the Commercial Manager. He always seems busy and doing a great job keeping everything running smoothly. He’s helped me a few times with things like wipers and batteries when other staff members weren’t sure what to do. It’s clear he knows his stuff and takes the time to make sure customers get the right help. Definitely appreciate the knowledgeable service.

Called this morning asking about parts, was told they have them in stock. Drove there and stood waiting for almost ten minutes and nobody was up front. Finally get someone to search for what i needed just to be told they don’t have them in stock. Blank Stare. Useless.

This small store is on Rt 12N near the Auburn Mall. The small parking lot has a space restricted entrance from a busy 4 lane street. I got the spark plugs and the small 14mm magnetic plug socket I needed here. The manager on duty was helpful getting the parts and letting me know whether they had the additional parts I was considering getting and their prices.

The man who helped me, named Josue, the manager of the store in Auburn, Ma. He was awesome. I walked in needing a terminal and he tried his hardest to make it fit. But it didn’t work. So he went back in to grab a new terminal, however the wire was too short so he had to cut some plastic to reach more wire and ended up fixing the terminal. My car now starts fine and the check engine light turned off. He went out of his way to help me which I would not have been able to do myself.
