Great place to get genuine car advice and recommendations and general guidance. This can include things like what to change in a car when switching out one component. Staff was kind and friendly and most certainly helpful. Definetly a more diverse selection of items compared to competitors. Prices are decent and returns are widely accepted and easy to do just with a receipt and the item in question. Overall I was impressed with the service I've seen at autozo e on multiple occasions.

Just wanted to write a review about Justin! Nicest and most helpful guy! My brother and I were hit in our car and had to get a bungee cord to close our trunk and he helped us find it and put it on to our damaged trunk. He was very kind and cared if we were okay. We’re from Cleveland so I just wanted to give him a quick shout out! Thanks again, Justin 🙂

I was in this store on 9/27/25 to get wiper blades for my car. I walked up to the front desk and a dark haired boy was at the counter. I said I need some help finding the wiper blades for my Kia Forte. He got on the computer and rattled off some #. Thinking he was right behind me to help me find them in the store. No he was still standing at the counter avoiding my look. I said to another man who was shopping that I guess since I can't get help I will go somewhere else. I have always shopped AutoZone but went right down the street to O'Reilly's. The two young men both assisted me. I was highly impressed by both of them. The one admitted that he wasn't that good at replacing them. Which I appreciated. He got the number I needed and the other young man went out took my old ones off

Justin and his team provide outstanding customer service. They go above and beyond to take care of the customer. Highly recommended!
