Service was awesome. I had a gear shift knob replacement that the dealer quote was very expensive. Eddie quoted me a cost that was in line. Job was done with great care and expertise.

This is our second time using the Griesmeier Tire Service in Mason, and once again they delivered a great experience. The first visit went so well that we didn’t hesitate to come back. This time, I brought my SUV (Porsche) in for tires and brakes, and the team was efficient, knowledgeable, and super helpful. They recommended climate tires, which were a bit more expensive, but took the time to explain that they would last longer and provide better overall mileage and performance, which we really appreciated. The customer service is always amazing, and it’s clear they genuinely care about doing what’s best for their customers. We will definitely continue coming back. Big thank you to all the team there.

I got in my car in the morning with next to no air pressure and called to see if they could check it out. They said bring it in immediately. They had my car back and everything taken care of within 30 minutes! On top of that, their entire shop was practically full so they were busy. While I was waiting, a lady came from way across the busy street and said her car wouldn’t start. One of their technicians went out in the cold with jumper cables to try to help her. She was so grateful and I just thought that was so nice! Everyone that came in they were very courteous with and people were complementing them. Great place with great people. Highly recommend!

The customer service is always outstanding. I have multiple vehicles and I have them do all my work! They are always willing to go above and beyond to do what they can to help. Always reasonable on rates and charges, especially with the way most garages are these days! I highly recommend trusting them with all your automobile needs and to have a peace of mind you will always get the honest service that’s expected.

Carlos was extremely helpful in my simple service of my vehicle. Honesty goes a long way and after 2 visits I am very happy with their staff and the quality of their work.
