Adam and the team at Rix Automotive took great care of me. I brought my car in because it was overheating and they took the time to figure out what was going on. At first, I got a new water pump installed, but that didn’t fully fix it because the head gasket was also warped as well. Definitely not the news you want since it’s not a cheap repair. They explained everything clearly and the price they gave me felt fair, so I went ahead with it. They got my car back to me pretty quick and answered all my questions (even when I kept asking). Overall just a solid experience. I’ll definitely be going back to Rix Automotive if I need work done again.

What an amazing experience getting our car fixed at Rix! Most places lack communication, charge extra, and all the frustrations that come with it. Not at Rix! They are digitally connected, super transparent, predictable pricing, and most importantly they get the job done at a reasonable price!

Rick and Adam are always super friendly, knowledgeable, and explain everything in detail. If you bring your vehicle in for a concern and it doesn’t need a fix, they are honest about it. Super cool guys, clean shop, clean office waiting room.

They’ll properly diagnose your vehicle the first time, and the prices are less than competitors. You are getting dealership level service without dealership experience. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Used RIX for the first time for an oil change, and now I’ve found my shop. I’ll be taking my car there for everything oil change, annd everything else that comes up. The RIC staff were polite, honest, kind and did a great job. Answered all my questions knowledgeably. I worked from their waiting room, complete with wi-fi and water/coffee. Price was very reasonable and they used a great full-synthetic oil. A five-star experience. It can be hard to find a shop that treats female customers well, but I was pleasantly surprised. Will be referring all my friends.
