First time using Uro Werks and they were great! Prices are lower than dealer and service is top notch. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. Super easy process to drop off & pick up the car after hours. Would recommend!

Drove almost 200 miles from Toledo just to buy a car from them. Super nice and HONEST! I asked their opinion on 2 cars I was debating getting and they told me their honest opinion on which was better and WHY! When i test drove a car I noticed a weird noise and they didn't hesitate to fix it (and another thing they noticed, which i didn't)! Best service and a cute golden retriever!!

Jay and his team of Billy, Dustin, and Erika kill it every time! I have several European cars, all with their unique characteristics and requirements and these guys master all of it. Best in the business for these type of cars… thanks Jay!

I was only there to reattach a hood cable thur my business (Oalkey Audio). We install Interlock devices as well as speed monitors. The staff is great answering all questions with a smile. The young lady at the front desk is great and on top of her job. If I had a German car I would probably bring it to them. I live to far away (lol).

Jay is knowledgeable about European cars and is dependable. He is my go to guy for my Audi Q5. Billy (Jay’s right hand man) is also at par and handles many critical tasks. Erica, at the front desk knows a lot about cars and is very helpful. If you own an European vehicle you can go to them with complete confidence. Their analysis of any issues are accurate, service is fast, and their charge is lesser than what Audi would charge. Many a times they have done inspection free of charge. I definitely recommend Prestige Auto.
