⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service at Upper Valley Car Rental (West Lebanon Municipal Airport) I had an unexpected situation after crossing the border: I lost my car keys and couldn’t start my truck. I needed a rental urgently to go back home in Canada and get a spare key. I called the nearest Avis/Upper Valley Car Rental at West Lebanon Municipal Airport, and Kelly Carbino was absolutely amazing. Kelly went above and beyond. She personally came to pick up my son and me and even called the McDonald’s where we were parked to let them know we would return later that day. The rental process was fast, affordable, and stress-free. The car was very clean inside, and they even left a gallon of windshield washer fluid in the vehicle, which shows great attention to detail. The Avis team at Lebanon, NH airport, Kelly and Sandra, have accommodated my travel schedule more than once. Not only have they left me cars after hours and text me pics of the car and where it’s parked, they have also worked behind the scene to insure my vehicle was appropriate for stormy winter weather. I live in West Palm Beach, and because JetBlue no longer flies to Burlington, I fly to Boston, jump on a Cape Air flt to Lebanon, and rent a car from there to my VT ski house. The Avis Team at Lebanon, NH airport needs to be applauded for their commitment to customer service, and genuine care for the safety of their customer. I’ve been renting cars for 15 years and dropping off/renting from this Avis location and Kelly for the past 8 or so. Kelly is hands down the best person I’ve ever worked with while renting cars and this location is always a pleasure to rent from. In a rental car world where most locations feel like true 1 star experiences, this one fully qualifies as a 10 out of 5. Truly amazing, have only ever had great service and cars from here. Would come out of my way to rent from here time and time again.

DONT USE THIS LOCATION!!! I prepaid 30 days prior for my rental and this is the car they gave me. It also wasn't washed. Agent at counter never mentioned any dents just gave us the key. Good thing we inspected the car first or we would have been held responsible for the damage. How unacceptable and unprofessional. We asked for another car as this was being used for our daughters wedding and agent said sorry we don't have any more. how is this possible? So, you take my money 30 days out and don't care to provide your customer with a decent car. I will never use this location again nor Avis. The worst experience ever! Also, spent over an hour on the phone with Avis going from dept to dept to get refunded one day of my rental. They said that's all they could do. Fine, you just lo
