I arrived at 8:00 AM for a wheel alignment service as i had commitments in the late afternoon. On my way home, I immediately noticed that the steering wheel was not centered. I called the shop and was told to return so they could correct the issue. When I arrived for the second time, I was required to wait while all other customers were taken care of, even though the original service had not been completed correctly and should have been prioritized ( in my humble opinion). After waiting, the alignment was adjusted again, but when I left the second time at 2pm the steering wheel is still not centered. In addition to the service issue, the employee assisting me was extremely rude and unprofessional. He spoke in a demeaning manner, used profanity, and eventually stormed out angrily. This expe

YOU WILL NEVER TALK TO A HUMAN OTHER THAN CALL SRVC TO SCHEDULE. The best thing I can say about these guys is they were "nice". That doesn't really help much when they tell you, they can get a tire for you by Tuesday and to have your Truck towed there on Friday w/a flat. Sat there through the weekend. No one calls back, finally showed up and they tell me they aren't sure if/when a tire will arrive. I have to call roadside assistance to get a spare put on at the tire store and then go across town to another shop who can get the job done. I would seek another store unless they have the tires in stock and you don't need to be able to reach them by phone. 0 initiative on their part to connect with me or keep me up to date while my truck was in their care.

I used the online portal to book the appointment. Which allowed me to pick the next day for an appointment. I booked for 11AM the next day. I followed the online instruction to call ahead before my appointment to confirm my tires were on site. I was sent to an answering service. They told me someone from the store would call me back. West Lebanon NH location. I didn’t get a call back for hours. I called multiple times requesting a call back leaving my phone number and also leaving my email. I got no response. I sent my wife there the next day. She was there on time and waited for the tires to be changed over. We were told they would be about 4 hours. We didn’t get our vehicle back until 7PM. Made an appointment for 11am, arrived after driving an hour to get there, and was told they were still working on 8am appointments and might not be able to get us in at all that day. No phone call to let us know, and they were not friendly or apologetic at all. I understand it’s a busy time of year, but if you can’t keep up with scheduled appointments, your system needs to change. Not everyone can wait around all day.

This is the second time I've left the Claremont location to come here. Claremont WAS my go to because the location is convenient for me. And they are amazing... when Justin is there. So far, I have found this Lebanon location to be more professional and able to do what was needed no matter who is there. No employees with attitudes or complaining. Just super helpful and nice
