First, Dave was incredibly helpful over the phone with troubleshooting the problem and offering a solution before I even made the trip in to the shop. Clear he just wanted to help! My experience at the shop completely positive- Dave and Jeremiah incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and professional!

if I could give this place -1 stars I would. My wiper motor broke a week or two before thanksgiving. In a panic, due to rain coming and having to go to work every day early in the morning at the hospital, I went to Midas. Dave assured me he would order the part from my dealer, and it would be maybe 3-5 days. I did not hear anything for another 2 maybe 2.5 weeks. I called and Dave said he would call because he “ordered it and had not heard from the dealership” and would call me right back. I had to call him again as they were closing, and he left me a voicemail with a very elaborate lie (I know now) about how the part was in Connecticut, somehow it had to be picked up in Canada? And if he could he’d go get it and have it in a couple of days. I got fed up and brought it to Precision Imports

Dave was SO helpful. We had to make an emergency stop due to a check engine light and his team was able to take a look an hour before closing on a Saturday of a long weekend. He explained everything, answered all of our questions and gave us some tips for future maintenance. Considering driving up from Mass to make this our go to mechanic. Thank you, Dave!

Dave and team took great care of my car when the brakes failed at the end of a long roadtrip. Dave was responsive, helped us find a tow truck, was transparent about the work we needed and when his team could get it done, and got us safely back on the road home at the end of our trip. Pricing was fair, the brakes are now working great and we're very grateful to Dave swooping in to help us in a pinch!

They saved the day! My car battery died in the parking lot near their store, and they came and jumped my car and got me going in time to get to work for free! I could not be more grateful and the man that helped me out was so very nice!
