Lady Rich Express Car Wash

Purchased the membership and have been going here for car wash and it always comes out really clean. The hand drying is always a nice touch and while they always show great appreciation for tips, they never make it feel like it's mandatory. The fact that they have someone manning in the front and spraying some of the dirt off before cars go through is good because it prevents big pieces from getting dragged on the paint and keeps the car wash strips clean so that less dirt from the car infront of you doesn't damage your car's paint. Highly recommend!

Brought my car here to get washed, was on my way to Boston for the day so I wanted to stop before I go. I dont know what's in the stuff she uses, but my car was gleaming still after I arrived in Boston. Definitely recommend, plus she's got an adorable mascot pooch. Great job Lady Rich 👏 👍

The car still came out dirty in the back. I emailed her when we noticed a couple weeks back but no response. You can see how little it cleaned and it made these clean and dirty stripes on various parts of the car most noticeable out back.

Best Car Wash in the Upper Valley, hands down! I learned of Lady Rich Express a few weeks ago, being told it was a full service car wash. I headed over excitedly, and with great optimism, as the only car washes I had used up this way, we're those "touch free" varieties, which never give a good wash. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile by Renee, who I assume is either the manager, owner, or both. I asked for her BEST wash. As I pulled up to the conveyor, I noticed how new and fresh all the brushes, and gizmos were. Not dirty, tired, or looking like they'd add dirt to your vehicle. Excellent car wash, staff were very friendly, efficient and despite the cold were cheerful and did a fantastic job. The effective pre wash followed by mechanical cleaning and final drying with cloths left a very clean car. i was very satisfied with the results but the staff were what made it a great experience. Well done !
