VIP Tires & Service

Last month I got new brakes for my front tires and went back to get my lugnuts tightened. Today driving on the interstate my front right tire basically fell out of the lightment but luckily didnt fall out of my car completely. The Mechanic at bobs service ask who did my brakes and when. VIP did my front brakes and either didnt tighten them enough or too much. Not impressed and im thankful I didnt hit anyone and that im safe. EDIT: Customer service was super helpful and understanding and will be sending a refund 10/27

VIP has been amazing everytime I have visited. I got new brakes and rotors on the front and rear. Tammy did an AMAZING job communicating with me about my vehicle. Eveyone there is very knowledgeable and they have an easy drop off/pick up service. I will definitely use them again when visiting the area! Thank yall so much!

Dropped off rims and tires in morning, expecting 2-3 day wait time. Tires were mounted and balanced before I left work same day. Was very surprised. Good quality work. No issues.

Always ready and willing to help. Sometimes service can be a bit slow at peak times but understandable when its tire change season. All the desk staff, Tammy, Steve and Pete(Manager) are all great and good to work with. Been my go to place for Tires for many years now and will continue to go to them. FYI, tire maintenance packages is 100% worth it if you flip tires for winter/summer.

I had an instance where several wheel studs could not be removed by someone else. I called VIP and they assured me that they would be able to deal with the issue. Dropped my car off and they called confirming that there was a struggle with three of the bolts but using a variety of methods they were able to remove them all. They replaced the three with substitutes had a very reasonable price. Very happy with the service I received!
