Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I made a confirmed reservation, got a ride from 35 minutes away, arrived at 3:30 on September 3, and was told they had no cars. I asked the only guy there why he did not call me and let me know before I drove over, and he said he just got back from lunch. It was 3:30 and they close at 5. Hmm, really? Looking now at other reviews, I can see it is a common issue. Do not bother with this location. Not trustworthy and I am assuming they are lazy since they do not bother to look ahead and provide the courtesy of a call to people before they waste their time. I went over to Avis at the Airport and they had a car and the price was less! Plus they are open on weekends to pick up and drop. This isn't response to the owners reply to me: really? This location has a terrible track record with providing vehicles for our company. Reservations made 3 weeks in advance by us have had to be cancelled 24 hours before pick up because of inventory issues. This is not the first time this has happened. Olivia, the manager for this location could not explain how this could occur since our reservation has been on her radar for weeks!! If you are depending on a rental of a mini van or larger from this location, do not be surprised if they do not have a vehicle for you when you arrive.

Rented a car in conjunction with Collision Works in White River. Was the third person in line and it seemed from the start that they were unaware that there were three of us. Ended up with a Toyota Tacoma that had obviously been sitting in the Collision Works parking lot for days if not weeks. Where to start? Front and sides covered with mud and dead bugs, bird crap on the windshield and dog or cat food on the floor in both the front and back. Rep was pleasant enough but seemed unfazed by the condition the car was in, like this was normal. To top it off he wrote out the other two contracts on top of mine so that all I got were unreadable hieroglyphics in all blocks of my contract. Ball dropped badly somewhere in this transaction!

Absolutely terrible. My family and I embark on a road trip for Iowa, from New Hampshire, this morning. A reservation for a car at this company was placed at least a week ago. We get a call an hour before scheduled car rental pickup time. Olivia, the manager, tells us there are no cars available. She does so in such a careless, oh-well and unapologetic voice that was just awful to hear when we are in need and trusted a company to stay true to our reservation. Absolutely horrible branch of Enterprise. Stay far away if you don’t want trouble on the morning of a trip.

Dropped a car off from one way travel from Virginia. Called to inquire about some charges and immediately first thing the agent said “ok can I talk now”? When asked for guidance as to who I can reach out to for assistance told me rudely to go look up the number for Virginia and ask them. Asked the agent why she was being so hostile when all I did was ask for guidance and at no time raised my voice or talked in a disrespectful manner. Definitely not the service I expected. I grew up in Lebanon my whole life and have been using this enterprise with my family for past 20 years ; first time someone blatantly acted irritated and rudely for asking a simple question.
