I was driving up to MN from Kansas and realised I was over my oil change recommended time frame and my tires were low. I booked an appointment online, and had a great service. They changed my oil and rotated my tires and gave me the discount price! They recommended service for the future but they realised my car was under warranty still so didn’t pressure me at all. Great service and I highly recommend!

Great experience. Took my 2009 Honda Civic in for transmission shuddering and they were fast, thorough, and honest. They checked everything and were very considerate with pricing. Super fair and professional.

I brought my vehicle to BAM Automotive for a rear door issue and was told they could diagnose and repair it. After inspection, I was informed they were unable to proceed because the repair required manufacturer-specific tools and parts access that they did not have. I was charged a discounted diagnostic fee, which I appreciate. My concern is that these limitations were not communicated upfront. If a shop does not have the required tools or support for certain European or manufacturer-specific systems, it would be helpful to set that expectation before scheduling the appointment. I would have preferred to know there was a possibility the repair might need dealer-level equipment before bringing the vehicle in. I later took the vehicle to another independent shop, where the issue was repair
