I took my 10-year-old Impreza in for service and they treated me as though I was a VIP customer. I don’t think they actually even have a VIP level but that’s the way they treated me. They took care of everything I asked for and didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t need. They found one extra problem. I had not thought of. It was a legitimate concern so I had them take care of it. All in all it was a great experience. I will definitely go back.

Was the BEST EXPERIENCE @ Dealership .... In 45 yrs .. by FAR... Thank you Morrie’s Subaru in Minnetonka provided an experience like no other dealership I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was absolutely impeccable — everyone was genuinely friendly and welcoming. I brought my car in because my driver window wouldn’t go up (and of course it was freezing outside). They immediately offered me refreshments as soon as I came in, and my loaner vehicle was already waiting and ready to go. The entire process was smooth, organized, and stress-free. Before I left, they even asked if I wanted any more refreshments — that level of attention says a lot. A special shoutout to my service advisor, Doug — he was on top of his game the whole time. Communication was solid

We drove a rental car from Michigan over 600 miles to pick up our new used Subaru Ascent. The salesperson Bobby was amazing! The vehicle we bought did not have a tow package on it, but Bobby arranged it so that it could be installed before we arrived. He knew I was coming out of town so he was very upfront about the condition of the vehicle and did a video for me. He also test drove the car and checked all of the small areas to make sure there was nothing I would be surprised about when I arrived. Even though I paid with a cashier's check, it still took three hours before we could leave the dealership, but the price was worth it! Also, Morrie's has a 100,000 mile power train warranty on all of their vehicles. We are really happy with our purchase!

While I had some difficulties a few years ago with Morrie’s service on my car, the past few visits have been exceptional. I have worked with Doug (service advisor) now for 3 or 4 visits and cannot speak highly enough of him! He provides clear communication, updates you when waiting for your car, and goes over any flagged concerns to watch for upcoming maintenance. This has allowed me ample time to plan financially for larger maintenance visits. Highly recommend having Doug as your service advisor if possible!

It would be great if service folks could note who is waiting. They automatically believe it is the main person on the account. Even though my name is also there, they look for my husband. He rarely brings the car in for service. It is 95% of the time me who brings it.
