Fantastic experience bringing my Camry here for repairs. The process was so seamless and easy and stress free! Aaron is so friendly and has great customer service, he made the entire process so easy and gave me peace of mind that my car would be taken care of! Eric was also super friendly at the front desk when I picked up my car. They even wash your car and vacuum and clean the inside! I would recommend this location to anyone!

Everyone @LaMettry's Collision was very easy to talk with. Each person let me know what was happening and where my car was in the repair process. Eric kept in touch by text message every few days letting me know when parts arrived, what was on backorder & approximate completion dates through each step of the process. I would recommend them as the best shop to work with. The front end repair they did is perfect. I am more than 100% satisfied.

LaMettry staff are good Samaritans - on and off the clock. I got a flat tire on 494, coming up to the 62 exit during morning rush hour. A person stopped to change my tire in the freezing cold. Turns out he was on his way to LaMettry's for work. He guided me back to the shop, filled up my spare tire with air and tightened everything up with his shop tools, all because he chose to help. With the thourough care he gave my flat tire, imagine how this guy treats the cars he is paid to work on! While I don't recommend getting stuck on the side of the highway, I do recommend LaMettry's. I recently had my car repaired at LaMettry’s, and the entire process was exceptional. From the initial estimate to the completion of the work, their communication was consistently timely and informative. I truly felt that they advocated for what was best for me and my situation, handling the insurance company with expertise. Despite the insurance company attempting to steer me towards other repair shops, likely offering discounts to the carrier, I stood my ground and chose LaMettry’s. I am very glad I did. My car, being brand new and a new model, required original parts, which LaMettry’s successfully sourced and matched perfectly. Their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction is commendable.

Jeremy and Aaron did an outstanding job fixing my BMW and communicating the progress to me throughout the 3 weeks they had my vehicle. I was rear ended and my rear bumper needed replacement. I was concerned about the paint match but it was perfectly done, which I am most happy about. My car was returned to me as clean as I left it.
