Ford Service Center

Making an appoint was quick and easy. I spoke with an advisor first and was guided through the process as I had many questions. The service bay was clean and my service advisor was knowledgable and able to get me all squared away. Work was done in a timely manner. Several recalls were taken care of and I had a full driveline service done. The tech provided a short walk around video. I do wish they had a few seconds of the tranny work to show. Overall, the price and work done exceeded my expectations.

I dropped off a Transit work van for multiple repairs and a recall notice. The extended service hours made it very convenient to be able to drop off the van after my normal workday for an appointment the next day. All the repairs were made in one day and I was able to pick it up that evening after my work day. There was also good communication while the van was being serviced.

Morris did an excellent job with reprogramming my mykey for my F150, I was given the option to utilize their valet services which made it easy and worry free. They just came and picked up my truck, informed me of the ETA when everything was done and I got to just sit back and relax. It was nice! I’d recommend Morris Minnetonka to anyone in need of excellent service that has a ford.

I brought in my car for a recall notice. Carter was very professional and friendly. They noticed some other work that needed to be done and clearly explained why. They also ordered a ride to and from the service center so that I could be at home while the technicians worked on my vehicle. So convenient!!

Listen 👏🏾 when customer service is DONE RIGHT, it deserves a shoutout. They picked up my car, tracked every step from arrival at the service center to diagnosing the issue. I received video + text updates BEFORE any work was done. Nothing was touched until I approved it. Once I gave the okay, they completed the job and brought my car right back to me. The smoothest process ever. No guessing. No surprises. Just clear communication and professionalism. This is how business should be done. 💯 When companies respect your time and your money, it shows.
