Excellent, timely service for my auto battery installation in - 0 degree weather. I found their Duracell at the best price after shopping alternate choices offered by Costco, Walmart, O'Reilly and others. The Manager was outstanding and she helped resolve a fuse problem as well for no charge. They have earned my loyalty for how well they handled everything. I have come here many times for batteries and had always found them helpful. Recently came for a battery replacement for my car key fob. Young man with shaky hands broke my key fob while replacing the key fob battery.
Needed replacement key and FOB for old Honda Civic EV. Honda best price was $230 plus tax. Batteries Plus did it for $50 - a savings of 78%. Merrill is a miracle worker and should be employee of the year. She's nice, makes quick appointments, keep them, does the work on time, and is beyond nice. Avoided Honda ripoff, saved $180 with Batteries Plus Northbrook.
Fantastic. I had my work iPhone stop turning on. I took it to ATT, they were like we sell phones, we don’t do service. Ok fair... I went to apple to see what was up. They were not very helpful, and the guy stated it could be the battery. However, after waiting for a long time they would not replace the battery because the phone would not turn on. This was not cool. I was told to try a battery place. I figured I would go to a reputable place, nothing in the middle of the mall. Went to Batteries plus. Milo was able to open my phone, replace the battery and gave it back to me before I watch a YouTube video of how to do it. He honestly told me before that a new battery may not fix the issue, but there would be no cost to me if it didn’t work. He plugged it in and he the apple logo
