Had a great experience working with Mike. We purchased a 2024 Volvo V90 from Carvana and wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection. Considering it had two prior owners within a year’s time, it sent red flags and I wanted to be extra cautious. Mike did a thorough inspection, car was mechanically clean but discovered a huge list of fault codes relating to various control modules. I appreciate he took the time to clear some of the codes and test drive the car a second time (not to mention giving me a lift home). He suggested the remaining codes were likely software issues and sure enough, I took the car to the dealer who confirmed that the car needed a massive software update which they completed under warranty.
