Purchased a vehicle from out of state. This is my first time ever doing that and having it shipped to me sight unseen and I was a little weary of the whole process. Fortunately, Valerie was exceptional every step of the way and gave me the confidence I needed to go through with the purchase! She sent a very detailed and thorough walk around video as well as pictures and answered all of the questions I had. She even checked in the day after I received the car to make sure everything was as it should be and to see if I had any questions. The vehicle arrived in Denver the day after it shipped from the dealership and I couldn’t be any more pleased with the condition of it. I highly recommend Carneed if you are in the market! Bought my lovely M5 here. Car was clean. Little issues were noted prior to me noticing them. All in all very simple exchange and great business.
