I’m jealous of those here who have had good experiences—particularly with the two Mikes. I wish my car and I had been assigned to one of them. Sadly, my car and me were instead assigned to Reggie, who gets nary a mention in these reviews. That’s just as well for Reggie, for whom any reviews would not be kind. But it’s a bummer for those customers who will be on the receiving end of Reggie’s “service.” So here’s your warning: when Reggie promises to call you back by day’s end, he has no intention of calling you back by day’s end. If you want to speak to Reggie, the onus will be forever on you to try to track him down. And when you do succeed in tracking him down, you’ll learn two things, and fast: First, he will have no recollection of the deliverable he promised and then failed to deliv

I have brought my car here for service multiple times and they always make me feel taken care of! The service facility is clean and efficient, Mike Sullivan in particular worked with me multiple times in one day to secure the best cost/service optuona and to provide a loaner while my car was worked on. Thanks to him and the team!
