Brought my E63 into this shop for the first time to get my coolant flushed. Ryan and his team are incredible and very professional. Shop is super clean, workers are all polite and exceed expectations. On top of the customer service they treat your car like their own, and do incredible and honest work. The way the shop is set up as well is great inspect the car fully, and send you direct pictures and quotes on everything.

Needed a vehicle inspected and Midwest Performance came through. Very thorough, professional, and on time. Absolutely no BS trying to sell me some additional work. Just good old honest work! Very professional, experienced, sophisticated, courteous and customer-friendly staff. The entire staff was great, and helped me through a difficult situation. I’d ordered a suspension kit from MountainPass Comfort coilovers through Midwest Performance Cars for my Tesla Model Y,. When I brought my vehicle in for installation, there were multiple other repairs required to the vehicle which made the installation not feasible. The staff who had already invested some time in this, bent over backwards to make me whole, by agreeing to abort the installation as well as help me sell the suspension kit to other parties. I would highly recommend this shop, which is great resource for Tesla owners.

I recently had suspension work done on my Audi at Midwest Performance Cars, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They uncovered a few additional issues along the way (supercharger and water pump and other wear items), but communication was excellent — clear explanations, fair pricing, and no surprises. When the job took longer than expected, they even provided a loaner car, which was greatly appreciated. With dealer service costs continuing to climb, I decided to switch to an independent shop, and Midwest Performance Cars has completely validated that decision. Professional, transparent, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

After 10 years of dealing with poor service and often inept technicians at local BMW dealers I brought my 2016 535d to MPC. It was a pleasant change to have technicians focused on not only solving my car's problems, but also helping me prevent issues in the future. It was a good experience and i would certainly recommend MPC to family and friends.
