HEART Certified Auto Care - Northbrook

HEART in Northbrook is truly top-tier. I had been dealing with a major headache regarding my tires for a while, and they finally got it sorted. I really appreciated how quickly they were able to get me in for a last minute appointment and they accommodated my schedule without any issues. Armando and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to answer every question I had. If you want a shop that actually cares about the quality of the work and treats you like a person, this is the place. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back here moving forward!

I had to get towed in after my engine lost power on 94. I do not live in the area and it was a stressful, scary experience. Despite this Heart Auto Care was one of the best things about that experience. They could not have been more hospitable, communicative and responsive. I had a lot of questions because my car was fixed earlier in the week somewhere else for a related issue and Armando talked me through all my concerns. They provided an itemized receipt with PHOTOS and clearly distinguished between "needs repair now" and "you might want to look at this in the future," and I thought the pricing and timeline were very reasonable. I also want to shout out the young lady at the front for her warm and gentle welcome during a very rough day. The lobby is a clean and comfortable place to wait

I have never gone to a mechanic shop that is so easy to communicate with. People are so nice and i felt i can trust them the whole time, and i was right. Going here was the most pleasant mechanic vist i have ever had. I am 100% sure of the honesty and care they had for their patrons, and On top that They even provided a loaner car! 100% satisfied !!

As always, the folks at HEART were very kind and patient, explaining everything they found and all the charges. Suggested maintenance was consistent with what they'd said in the past and the photos were helpful and confirmatory. Such nice fellows and I love the transparency. What a relief compared to the antics at my dealership. Always a pleasure.

I honestly never had heard of Heart Auto Care until I had to find a new car care because my long-time mechanic retired. I started with looking at reviews and proximity to where I live. Well, I have to say that after my time bringing my car in, I'm extremely impressed. Heart is an efficient, honest, and friendly place.
