I recently brought my vehicle to this shop for a Mass RMV inspection, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. The staff lied about another local business not doing work they I paid for and my damaged windsheild wipers . I trusted their expertise, but it became clear that they were more interested in making money than providing honest service. Avoid at all costs. Editing to respond to the shops response. The wipers were one month old and from the dealership.

STRONGLY recommend the mechanic operation. Very good folks. But the gas station... well, the guy at the counter was hanging out picking at his bare feet when I went in. Not someplace to stop for a snack.

Anna and Anthony's customer service is great. Very friendly, willing to explain and are transparent about their recommendations and work. Had them look at our 2019 CRV because brakes were squeaky. Very quick turn around, told us the brake pads had a lot of life on them. Took our 2009 X3 to get it checked out because the sunroof shade was stuck. They were honest that it would be more costly to get it fixed and recommended that we get more important work done, gave us a quote with a quick turnaround. Had oil changes done. Very fast competitive pricing compared to chain oil change places. They always seem busy but as mentioned, Anna and Anthony have always been friendly when they answer the phones or in person. Been coming here for a long time for inspections then started coming for general maintenance, highly recommend! Honest, transparent and straight forward people - exactly what you’d hope for. Reasonably priced, even did some extra stuff at no charge when they knew it was needed. Will continue going out of my way to come here.
