UPDATE 9/4/25 We initially had some issues with communication and confusion regarding drop-off, timeline, etc. However, the new service manager reached out to us and we were able to get everything sorted. He was very apologetic and kept my husband updated on the car’s progress throughout the day. When it was ready they sent a car out to pick up my husband, and gave us a discount for the trouble. Even before the discount, we felt that the cost of the maintenance and repairs was reasonable. And the video they sent us when inspecting the car was thorough and informative without trying to unnecessarily upsell us. The car is running so much better now, as well.

My experience at Bertera Nissan Service department was great! I would recommend Bertera Nissan. They are flexible with people of all careers, I’m a nurse at UMass hospital and they worked with my schedule. I got a rental car when my transmission failed to go to work as they worked on my car! Jonathan was a great help with the items we needed to discuss today. Clearly when a Service Manager takes this much interest in making sure the customer experience is top notch. You have a great place to have your car serviced. Highly recommend Bertera for service.

I have a 2010 Nissan Rogue that I bought used. I purchased an aftermarket extended warranty for it. When my Rogue's transmission crapped out, I had it towed to Bertara Nissan in Auburn Ma. to repair it. Come to find out the warranty company that I dealt with is scamming people right and left and denied my claim for a transmission. I spoke with the service manager and told them about what my wife and I were going through with the warranty company and that I would have to take my car someplace cheaper than the dealership to have it repaired. After hearing all of the facts, the service manager, Jonathan Onny waiver my diagnosis fee since nothing was done to the car. They were extremely nice and pleasant to deal with. Every Nissan service location I’ve been to has been great, and Auburn is no different. Top notch service and attention. There was a delay in my repairs due to business only.
