Heard very good things about this place and decided to bring one of my vehicles here for some routine maintenance. I provided a list of everything i was wanting done to John. They ran through the list, checked everything, and provided a quote in a timely manner. Unlike stealerships, they actually advised on items that did not need to be addressed at this time and recommended NOT spending money. When the car was finished Andrew took the time to show me everything they had replaced and answer any questions/concerns i had. They are honest and absolute class acts. Every one of my vehicles from here on out will be serviced here.

They do not know what they are doing when it comes to diesel work. I took my truck in and they had it for 6 weeks claiming they kept ordering the wrong parts or we working on it the next day. After I got my truck back I had issues on the work they did and ended up taking it to a different shop where they told me the work that was previously done was faulty. Big John's would not stand behind their work once I called them to ask about them making it right. I would not recommend taking anything diesel to them.

So far!! I have spoken with Ben several times in probably 3 weeks about a car that I need to get to the shop for an elderly lady and it needs to be safe but not over dine to look as though it's brand new. Finally, it is there. It has to be kept under the cover we provided as the top leaks. Ben was always kind, courteous, and patient with me. Looking forward to meeting the staff, getting the estimate, and seeing how we can work together. He knows the couple that owned it, and now it belongs to the wife as her husband has passed, and I am hopeful they will be as good to us as they were them.

It's difficult to trust someone to work on your car. John is very trustworthy, honest and reliable!! We are extremely impressed with the service, communication and efficiency to ensure we weren't without a car for any longer than necessary. The results are 200% satisfactory. Thank you for your professionalism and quality workmanship. We feel confident our daughters car is repaired and is safe to drive now. Thank you thank you!!

Big johns is the place to take your vehicle for any need! My car broke down and they came and picked it up from my driveway! They are amazing, very professional, and Susie at the front desk is so sweet to say the least! They are VERY reasonably priced and nothing less than fantastic people!!! They truly care about your vehicle and you as a person! I HIGHLY recommend bringing your vehicle to Big Johns!!! Thank you so much big johns!!!!
