Big O Tires

Service crew was great. They had the most tires to compare and I went with a Big O branded all terrain truck tire.It was a great price and has been an awesome gripping tire in the snow and rain. I have a steep gravel driveway and these tires don't slip like my prior EXPENSIVE tires. They aligned my wheels and it was done perfectly. The warranty is very good as well. Love this place!

Stopped in to get a slow leak repaired. Left with new tires and brakes replaced because they were needed! Appreciated the no pressure, friendly and quick service. Finding an honest and competent garage is highly desired. I have found one!

Wound up spending more money than I had planned, but you never go to a mechanic’s shop without hearing “Mr. Edwards, I need to show you…”. It’s always expected. Said I needed an engine coolant flush and a breake line flush. I agreed to that upcharge. I heard a distinct ticking after the oil had been changed that suspiciously wasn’t there before. Zach said he thought it was something on top of the intake that was sticking. Now, it’s going to cost even more than the 403.00 charge. I initially went to Big-O for an oil change. He was checking with our warranty company but did not get back to me yesterday. This warranty company is very likely the problem. They have historically been far less than upright in their business practices, so the problem, I feel sure, lies with them.

We brought our car into the Shelbyville location late one afternoon. Within the hour we received a call letting us know what was wrong with our car and what the price would be. The store was closing in just a few minutes, but the area manager, Scott, and one of the mechanics offered to stay late to repair my vehicle. They were so kind and generous and did not make us feel badly at all that they were staying late. Great service and such kind staff!

Zach and Josh in the front of the house went above and beyond To ensure my families SUV was taken care of and safe to drive home. Thank you guys. Recommend seeing Zach for your vehicles wheels and brakes!
