Bill Dodge Pre-Owned Super Center Service

DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE A CAR HERE. I’ve had a nightmare of an experience with Bill Dodge. I bought a used vehicle from them in November. They put a brand new inspection sticker on it the day I bought it, and assured me that it was safe and had been throughly checked over. When I went to pick the car up, the gas tank was empty. I had to go back inside and ask them to fill the tank so I could get home. When I left the lot I immediately noticed that there was a noise coming from the steering. I took the car a few days later to a local mechanic to get looked at, and they identified that the whole steering rack was broken, and needed to be replaced. They had me get in contact with Bill Dodge, as they had illegally placed an inspection sticker on an obviously unsafe car. I was given the run-aroun

Let me tell you something bub, Matt and Matt are two of the most professional and personable gentleman that I have done business with. I came in with damn near bald tires and my alignment was all cattywampused. I was given a reasonable expectation for time of repair and the price was so good that I can probably afford my overpriced groceries. Thanks Bill Dodge Auto Group.

Purchased a “preowned certified car” from Bill Dodge. The car had multiple issues with it and had to bring it in 3 times to get serviced to fix a shaking issue when it hit 40 mph. Just yesterday I brought my car for a routine oil change. When I drove my car today it started smoking after about 15 minutes of driving. I pulled over to find out the oil cap was never put on. There is oil all over my engine and the inside of my car smells awful. The picture of the crack inside my hood is where the carelessly closed my hood ON THE OIL CAP!

Its always a pleasure to get my GMC Acadia serviced with Matt T. And the other Matt. Ronnie Gobeil is on top of his game.

From the minute we were on the lot, we were greeted with a friendly associate salesman, Eric. This experience continued through looking at models, test driving and on return during the week. Low pressure, just great info details and passionate sale of KIA product and what it had to offer. In the end , we bought a beautiful KIA Sportage that we are so excited about ! Thx you Bill Dodge Auto Park fir great customer service!
