Blain's Farm & Fleet Tires and Auto Service Center - Rhinelander, WI

I had terrible service with blains with my car . I took it to have work done in may struts wheel bearings alignment almost $2,000. Had this done in may of this year. Car was making a noise on turns they said stabilator bars changed them still making the noise so now they have to do struts again and wheel alignment when this is fixed never going back ever. Should be negative stars.

Huge ice storm coming..Ordered a generator for pickup. I get a call saying it is not in stock however their website claimed it was and they took my money. Now not only will I not have the generator for the upcoming storm, I also no longer have money in my account to go elsewhere due to held funds. I should have known better. The one other time I did order pickup they brought out a damaged open box that was clearly a return and said it was all they had. I can understand inventory being wrong on small high volume items but there is no excuse for something like this. Done with this place.

Stopped in for their grand opening. Bought a couple of things. One should be aware of prices at the different store chains, because it kinda seemed that their prices run a bit higher than other stores. The employees were very friendly and helpful and seemed quite knowledgeable about the products that they sell.

Went to check out the "new store". Not overly impressed. Has pretty much the same things that ar sold elsewhere in Rhinelander. The prices are just as expensive as similar stores. Ultimately this will just be another store to compare prices to before heading out. Plus side- they have super clean and new bathrooms! Now let's see how long they can keep their bathrooms clean...

Great, friendly, knowledgeable guys working here and very accommodating! I'm really glad I stopped in here. This is how service should be 100%. I'll go back here again for sure. Miles above my bad experiences at the Rhinelander Walmart service center.
