BMW of Devon Service Center

Scheduled my 20K with BMW Devon through my BMW app. Making the appointment was very straightforward and seamless. I received confirmation emails/texts and reminders leading up to the appointment. On the day of the appointment, we started off a little rocky. After I dropped my key off with the attendant. I went to over to my assigned service rep (Eric) and he looked befuddled. After we processed the appointment, I was informed by Eric that I needed to see another person that was inside the service bay to process the paperwork before talking with him. I appreciate Eric's patience with me, cause he could sense I was annoyed. He took the time to go over the other requests that I made online. This has been my go-to place for sales and service for the past 28 years. They are attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and always keep me in the know. They provide great advice to allow me to make a choice in service options. The work is always thorough and timely. I've had the fortune to work with Lou Alves as my service advisor - he is great in that he always keeps me updated, responds to texts and calls and provides great information. He really makes me feel like I am his only customer!

It was an easy and pleasant experience working with the service manager, Rich. Although my initial goal was just to have an inspection done, his timely and well-reasoned recommendation to replace the tires turned out to be very important, especially since we were planning a long winter trip to Florida through several cold states. I’m very happy with the results—after the tire replacement and proper alignment, some annoying noises coming from underneath the car completely disappeared. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Wanita was very professional, extremely communicative, and an overall pleasure to work with. I’m glad she was my service advisor. She explained the issue clearly and took all the necessary steps to ensure it was resolved. I highly recommend her and truly appreciate her support.
