Can't say enough great things about this repair shop. If you're having vehicular issues and are within a driving radius, look this place up. My story: my truck's brakes were acting funny, and I had to drive back home to Virginia that same evening. I'm not from PA, but this was the closest place to me. They got me in same day, and determined I needed a full brake job - front and rear brake pads and calipers all the way around. The crew worked until past closing time to get me back into my truck and on the road for home on a snowy evening. When I got the bill, it was very reasonable for the full-scope service - I checked by looking up comparable service prices to make sure I didn't get gouged. Nick Salvo is the new manager of Devon Auto Repair; he is a highly skilled mechanic and honest business man. Nick has been taking care of our cars since the 80's and I always feel like my car is being pampered. Nick pampers his customers as well, always explaining in detail the work he has performed and everything he checked. Since he has been servicing my car, I have never broken down on the road and I have never had to take it back to redo a repair. Nick's prices are reasonable and he cuts you a break when ever he can. Nick and now Devon Auto Repair are as good as it get when it comes to having your car serviced.

For the last couple of years I have been trying to find a local auto repair place that made me feel totally comfortable. Previously I had used the same person for years but he retired. After trying some other places in the area, no horror stories but no one made me think that’s going to be my regular place. This week I figured I would give Devon Auto a call for an inspection on a car that had 175000 miles. Nick and Jake were great. With that many miles, there is always something. Nick had to fix some real minor things, explained with the miles what I need to keep an eye on. After talking to him, I asked if he could do a couple of other things for me. In no time at all he was done, and his cost was more than reasonable. I found my new place. Thanks Nick and Jake
